Upgrade the two primary NetApp clusters

Which data center - ITF and the Lindquist Center Facility (LC14)

Expected impact on services - each volume will experience two brief pauses in IO (10 to 30 seconds each)

Expected duration - total cluster upgrade time is three hours

Please do not schedule major IT work on Saturday, June 11, 2016 between the hours of 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
