Original Notice:  Qualtrics has reported issues with one of their data centers. This is causing intermittent issues using the Qualtrics survey tool at https://its.uiowa.edu/qualtrics. A small set of users are having problems logging in and using the survey tools. Qualtrics is working to resolve this as soon as possible.
