The Microsoft Forms service on Office 365 (https://forms.office.com) is currently experiencing issues and users may notice that forms.office.com loads for a prolonged period of time, and then generates an error stating "Sorry, something went wrong."

Microsoft is aware of the problem and working to resolve the issue.
