Panopto is currently experiencing a service disruption and the platform is unavailable. End users are unable to access the service, and are unable to view, edit, or upload recordings at this time. Any recordings that are recorded locally using the Panopto Desktop Recorder or recordings made using the Zoom Cloud Recordings integration will be uploaded after the platform is available again.  

The Panopto cloud operations team is investigating the issue.
