Some services that are integrated into ICON are producing an error when they are accessed using the current version of Firefox in a specific configuration that blocks tracking between websites.

There are two options that will allow the services to work properly:

1. Use another browser to access ICON (Chrome, Edge, etc.)
2. Turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection for uiowa.instructure.com (how to)

Integrations that are known to have problems with Enhanced Tracking Protection turned on:

• Zoom (when starting a meeting from the "Zoom" navigation bar tool in ICON)
  • Using the Meeting ID or with another link direct to Zoom will allow you to join the meeting.
