The issue has been resolved.
There are login issues to services that use Shibboleth authentication. Examples of affected services include SiteNow/Drupal, Qualtrics, Zoom, UICapture/Panopto, Cherwell, and TeamDynamix. ITS staff are investigating.
ITS will conduct maintenance on the Identity Warehouse (IDW) to migrate the database engine to new physical hardware. Dependent IAM services will be unavailable during the outage period, including:
- Access Management
- IAM Tools
- Select IAM APIs
- Web Login with Shibboleth and UI Passport (UIP/"Login Tools")
An outage period of approximately 60 minutes is expected during this window.
Direct consumers of the IDW service are advised that the IP address will change. However, no firewall changes are being made at this time and DNS TTL will be reduced to minimize the transition time.
Additionally, the database engine will be migrated from SQL 2014 to SQL 2019. The compatibility mode of the database will be raised at a later date.

This issue has been resolved.
Users are reporting an error when trying to sign-in to university services with Shibboleth such as Zoom, UICapture, and Qualtrics. ITS is currently investigating the issue.
